What materials are used in Cherry Body Jewellery?
We use high-quality materials like 316L Surgical Stainless Steel and Titanium ensuring durability and hypoallergenic options for sensitive skin.

Is Cherry Body Jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes! Many of our pieces are made from hypoallergenic materials, including titanium and 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, perfect for sensitive skin.

Are your products safe for fresh piercings?
Absolutely! We recommend our impant grade titanium jewellery pieces for new piercings due to their biocompatibility and non-irritating properties.

How do I know if I have a metal allergy?
A common metal allergy is Nickel. Signs include redness, itching, irritation and possibly marking your skin with a green or black tone.  Our hypoallergenic body jewellery options minimises these risks. If you believe you have an allergy to Nickel - we recommend opting for Titanium options. 


    Sizing & Fit

    How do I choose the right size for my piercing?
    Check the gauge (thickness) and length/diameter of your current jewellery or consult with a professional piercer. Check out our sizing guide article.

    What should I do if my body jewellery doesn't fit properly?
    If your jewellery feels too tight or loose, you need to opt for the correct size. If you need help with this, get in touch with us.

    Do you offer jewellery for stretched piercings?
    Yes! Our collection includes tunnels, plugs, and tapers in various sizes to suit stretched ears and other piercings.

      Do you offer customisable body piercing jewellery?
      Not at this time.

      What types of designs do you offer?
      From minimalistic studs to bold statement pieces, our collections cater to all requirements and styles and includes belly rings, septum clickers, cartilage studs, and more.


        Care & Maintenance

        How do I clean my body jewellery?
        Use a mild saline solution or soap and warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals, which can damage the material or cause irritation.

        Can I wear my jewellery while swimming or showering?
        Yes, most of our body jewellery is water-resistant, but prolonged exposure to chlorine or saltwater may reduce its lifespan.

          Piercing Aftercare

          How should I care for my piercing while wearing your jewellery?
          Keep the area clean and avoid unnecessary touching to prevent irritation or infection. If in doubt, always consult your piercing professional.

          What should I do if my piercing becomes irritated?

          Remove any non-hypoallergenic jewellery and switch to our titanium or surgical steel options. Consult a professional piercer if irritation persists.

            Shipping & Returns

            Do you ship internationally?
            No. We currently ship New Zealand wide with other options coming in 2025. 

            What if my jewellery arrives damaged?
            We guarantee the quality of our products. Jewellery items are packed well for their journey to you. If your item is damaged during shipping, get in touch with us immediately.

            Can I return or exchange my jewellery?

            No. Due to the nature of body jewellery items, no refund or exchange can be offered. We do this to guarantee that no jewellery piece has ever been worn by anyone else.

              Do you offer discounts or promotions?
              While we don’t discount products to maintain their value, we offer free gifts, discounted shipping, and 2-for-1 deals during special promotions.

              Is there free shipping available?
              Yes! We offer free shipping on all initial website orders over $20 for a limited time using code FREECHERRYSHIP , any orders after this will fall into the $60+ free automatic shipping.
