316L Surgical Steel is a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel commonly used in body jewellery.

316L Surgical Steel contains nickel amongst other alloying elements. While it is suitable for many people, those with a known nickel allergy or sensitivity may prefer Implant Grade Titanium.

The underlying jewellery remains 316L Surgical Stainless Steel. PVD is highly durable; however, like any surface coating, it may gradually wear over time depending on use and care.
