Internally Threaded Flat Back Stud with Clear Pressfit Gem Ball

This internally threaded Flat Back Stud with a pressfit Cubic Zirconia Gem Ball is made of 316L Surgical Stainless Steel. The gem setting is 'pressfit' which means the gem is set into the jewellery and not glued so there less chance of the gem falling out.

What is 316L Surgical Stainless Steel?

316L Surgical Steel is a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel commonly used in body jewellery.

Why choose surgical steel?

316L Surgical Steel contains nickel amongst other alloying elements. While it is suitable for many people, those with a known nickel allergy or sensitivity may prefer Implant Grade Titanium.

PVD Coating

Some jewellery features a PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) coating to achieve different colours.

The underlying jewellery remains 316L Surgical Stainless Steel. PVD is highly durable; however, like any surface coating, it may gradually wear over time depending on use and care.
